First Calisthenics Challenge
Using your phone you will video the following routine and upload it to bit chute, or rumble every day for the next ten days without fail. Bonuses are there for those who do it at the same time each day because that shows a full no-fail commitment. We understand watches and clocks are easy to reset, and in this game, cheating can mean a myriad of complex things for a player.

If two people want to be in the routine together that is fine, and they can each be issued tokens, a person can critique two people almost as easily as the one person so this takes some weight off of the critique function and is encouraged in the game.
- 100 Chinese drum exersizes
- 50 burpees with the jump at the end, rest as you need but finish them.
- 1 minute splits stretch for rest.
